We're looking for a founding sales rep — someone who doesn't need a script to connect with people. Someone who listens first, earns trust fast and knows that the best close is one where the other person feels like they won too. Luminari is giving families, microschools and co-ops the infrastructure to run independent education the way they actually want to. This is an in-house role, and you won't be chasing your own leads — we bring them to you. Your job is connecting with the people who are already interested and helping them see what's possible. This is a ground-floor role. No corporate playbook. No quota handed down from someone who's never done the job. Just you, a product worth believing in and a market that's ready.

Compensation

Commission-based with a clear path to a $120K base.
