Privacy Policy

Applies to the Luminari careers site and job applications.

What we collect

When you apply, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, gender if you choose to share it, work-sponsorship status, resume, portfolio and social media links, and your written answers. We do not run hidden trackers or sell your data.

How we use it

We use your information only to review your application, contact you about the role, and run our hiring process. Your resume is stored in a private file bucket that is not publicly accessible, and only members of the Luminari hiring team can view it.

How long we keep it

We keep applications for as long as needed to consider you for current and future roles. You can ask us to delete your application at any time.
