The Head of Growth owns how we reach those institutions and turn interest into lasting partnerships. This is founder-level outreach: you carry the mission into rooms full of superintendents, heads of school, and founders, and you build the network that carries it further. If you believe education is overdue for tools built with intention, this is where you put that belief to work.
What you’ll do
- Own institutional outreach end to end — identify, reach, and win schools and networks across every model we serve.
- Build and expand the partner network: referral loops, associations, conferences, and the relationships that compound.
- Turn the mission into a message — craft the outreach, collateral, and campaigns that make decision-makers lean in.
- Run a disciplined pipeline: know every stage, every number, and what moves a deal forward.
- Sit close to the founder and the product, and bring the field back into how we build.
Who you are
- You have a real track record in growth, sales, or outreach — and you can point to what you built and what it produced.
- You are fluent in direct-response: you know how to make a cold audience care, fast.
- You know the education landscape, or you are genuinely hungry to learn it deeply.
- You are highly proficient with Canva and can produce sharp visual collateral on your own.
- You are relentless, organized, and steady with people from every background and every kind of school.
Compensation is competitive and discussed directly during the interview stage.
